SFM launches SFM Agency Manager (SAM) upgrade

BLOOMINGTON, Minn., July 26, 2012—Agents' access to client data recently expanded with the release of an upgrade to SFM Agency Manager (SAM).

Agents have always been able to submit workers' compensation applications through SAM, but it is no longer only for quoting and submitting business. Now agents can also use SAM to manage their entire SFM book of business, including:

  • Tracking agency's performance
  • Getting client claims data and policy information
  • Getting loss runs easily
  • Receiving special alerts on First Reports and reserve changes
  • Customizing their dashboard for renewals and cancellations
  • And more

The upgrade benefits agencies and their ability to service their clients.

Agents are invited to try SAM.

New users can register online and can access SAM immediately if their agency has a SAM administrator.
