SFM's online training recently upgraded
BLOOMINGTON, Minn., August 13, 2012—The online training portal SFM offers policyholders and TPA clients recently underwent a facelift.
Featured enhancements include a new look, improved navigation, a custom report builder, and one-click access to enroll employees, deploy training individually, or to the entire organization. The goal of the upgrade was to make organizations' training administrators' jobs easier.
The program, which is managed by third-party Vivid Learning Systems, offers employers access to quality, cost-effective occupational safety, health care and employment law training materials and is a free service for SFM policyholders and third-party administration clients. Through the portal, employers have the ability to train employees on their own time and even gauge how well employees retain information learned through testing.
Vivid Learning Systems is offering several webinars to help employers learn about the system update, how to navigate the new interface, and how the new features will help improve productivity.
Employers who are interested in signing up for a webinar, or have questions about the upgrade, should contact Melanie Sommerville, Vivid Learning System's customer service lead managing the transition. They are also offering one-on-one sessions for anyone who is new to the program or who wants to learn more about the upgrade.
