The EPL Quoting Process
New business
To receive an EPL quote on a new account, choose one of the following two methods:
Renewals
- Receive EPL quotes automatically from SFM
SFM will send you an EPL quote along with the workers' compensation renewal quote prior to the policy expiration date. This applies for each of your current SFM policyholders with employee full-time equivalents (FTEs) of 50 or less (typically, these will have workers' compensation premiums of less than $10,000).
- Review the quote with your client
If SFM does not hear from you within 30 days, the workers' compensation policy will be generated automatically without the EPL endorsement and sent to you to forward to your client.
