Through SFM Application Manager (SAM), agents can quote and bind business
that has:

• Payroll in any of the listed low-hazard job classes
• Up to $5,000 in premium
• No losses in previous two years

Submit apps through SFM Application Manager (SAM) and you will earn additional commission on all small policies with effective dates through Dec. 31.
