Advice from SFM's print publication Should I continue to issue paychecks to my injured employee? How about other employee benefits? When an employee is injured and loses more than three calendar days from work, state law entitles the person to receive two-thirds of his pre-injury wage through workers’ compensation wage-loss benefits.
