SFM's Employment Practices Liability coverage pays the defense costs, liability damages and punitive damages* involved in charges of employment practice violations.

SFM's base EPL package is designed for small businesses
- Charges may be brought by full-time, part-time, temporary and seasonal employees.
- Base coverage includes a $100,000 limit and $5,000 deductible. See more options in the chart below.
- EPL coverage is added as an endorsement to your SFM workers' compensation policy.
- No application is required for most employers with 50 employees or fewer.
- Coverage is available to employers with up to 250 employees.
- Available for employers whose headquarters are in Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota and Iowa.
