Start using the network today.

• Look up providers in your area by going to CorVel's website and clicking on "Provider Look-Up," then "Find a Provider."


• Encourage the injured employee to go to your selected CorVel network provider, or to another network provider that's more convenient for the employee. In some states the choice of where to receive service is up to the employee. Be sure to check your state's guidelines.

Prescriptions through network pharmacies

Encourage injured employees to go to one of the pharmacies listed in a letter they will receive from SFM, along with a personalized tear-off Prescription services identification card.

By showing the card to the pharmacist, there is no need to pay up front or submit paperwork to get reimbursed.

Participating pharmacies include large chains like Walmart, Walgreens and Target, plus many local neighborhood pharmacies. Look up participating pharmacies on ExpressScripts' website.
