Annual Payroll Reporting Through My Payroll
Completing your premium audit is easy through SFM's online annual payroll reporting form, My Payroll. This online audit option is available to policyholders with premium less than $10,000.
Eligible policyholders receive a letter notifying them it's time for their premium audit. The letter includes the user ID and password needed to log in to My Payroll, and a list of records needed to complete the audit.
