My Payroll
Completing your premium audit is easy through SFM's online premium audit form, My Payroll. This online audit option is available to policyholders with premium less than $10,000.
Eligible policyholders receive a letter notifying them it’s time for their premium audit. The letter includes the user ID and password needed to log in to My Payroll, and a list of records needed to complete the audit.
