Injury reporting

Report claims online quickly and easily through SFM's standard online reporting form. Registered users also have the option to report injuries online through CompOnline.

Wage reporting

SFM offers online wage reporting for employers who wish to manage their workers' compensation program on a periodic basis. Wage reporting allows employers with changing payrolls to more closely match their workers' compensation to their varied operations.
