Legislation addresses COVID-19 compensability for first responders

The list of occupations covered by the amendment includes health care providers, paramedics, firefighters and child care workers caring for the children of first responders.

For a full list of occupations covered, and more details on the legislation, see our blog post Temporary MN law change: COVID-19 infections presumed work-related for first responders, health care workers.
