The SFM Foundation’s Board of Directors announced that Linda Williams would be the new President and Lindsay Henningsgaard would be the new Executive Director of the charitable organization.
Williams has been heavily involved in the Foundation since 2011 and served as its Executive Director since 2016. She replaces Dave Kaiser who has been the President of the SFM Foundation since it was created in 2008. Kaiser will continue to serve as the Chair of the Foundation's Board of Directors in addition to his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SFM Mutual Insurance Company.
“Linda has been invaluable as the Executive Director of the SFM Foundation for the past three years,” said Kaiser. “The Foundation couldn't be in better hands.”
Henningsgaard has been part of the SFM Foundation Team since 2017. She manages the organization's supporter network, is involved with organizing fundraising events, and has been instrumental in maintaining the relationship between the Foundation and the larger national Kids' Chance of America organization.
“Lindsay has been attending the Kids' Chance national meetings and is a great contributor to the Foundation’s success,” said Kaiser.
