We help injured workers recover and get back to work — not just because it’s our job, but because we genuinely care. Employees also are there for one another, both to celebrate accomplishments and support one another when life doesn’t go as planned.

Helping those in need

Our desire to give to those in need is essential to who we are. Our home grown charitable foundation , volunteer opportunities, fundraisers, company-wide volunteer day, and team donations are just a few ways we support our community. SFM is also a proud member of the Minnesota Keystone Program , which recognizes and honors companies that donate at least 2% of their pre-tax earnings to charitable organizations.

A fun and healthy place to work

Friendly, fun and active

Events like bowling, boat trips, picnics and trips to the apple orchard are some of the ways we have fun and get to know each other better. Bean bags, bocce ball, shuffleboard and nearby walking paths make it easy to burn off energy with coworkers when you need a break.

Promoting wellness

Our wellness program helps employees take care of all aspects of their health: physical, emotional, mental and financial. We offer an onsite pickleball league, 5/10ks, fitness challenges, CPR/AED certification, and free healthy snacks to encourage everyday wellness.
