If you are an injured worker who has a workers’ compensation claim with us, you can access your claim details online through SFM’s Claim Connection.

If you have an account, you can:

• See your claim number and other details about your claim
• Monitor the status of medical and wage-loss payments
• Sign up for text or email alerts about payments
• Get an insurance card you can take with to medical appointments
