Certificates of insurance

As a policyholder, you can download your SFM certificate of insurance online. Independent insurance agents can also download certificates on their clients’ behalf.

Certificates of insurance verify that you have a workers’ compensation policy in place and when it went into effect. You may be asked to supply a copy by a vendor or other third party to prove that you have a policy.
