Supervisor initiated training (SIT) series

What are SITs?
Our supervisor initiated training tools (also known as toolbox talks) are informal training tools for supervisors can use to to present to employees on specific safety hazards. Each SIT takes less than three minutes to present and reminds staff about important safety messages and procedures. Presenting them also gives your staff the opportunity to bring up concerns or questions.
