How to get prescription medications
Watch your mail
You will receive a pharmacy card in the mail from MyMatrixx that you can present at participating pharmacies to avoid out-of-pocket costs.
Find a pharmacy
Use your card at any pharmacy in the myMatrixx network. The letter that accompanies your card will list participating pharmacies. To search for other network pharmacies, use the myMatrixx pharmacy locator .
Temporary cards
If you haven’t received your card yet and need a prescription, ask your SFM claims representative to send a temporary one. If it doesn’t arrive or you need a replacement, call your claims representative at 800-937-1181.
