Ways to access your commissions
If you don’t have a SAM account
An SFM Agency Manager (SAM) account is required to set up direct deposit commissions and view commission statements.
Your SAM administrator can set up direct deposit commissions, and create accounts for others to do so. Administrators can see our setup guide for help.
If you’re not sure who your SAM administrator is, you can contact us for help.
If you have a SAM account
If you have a SAM account with administrator or commission permissions, you have access to the commissions page. Click “commissions” and follow the instructions to set up direct deposit commissions. See our setup guide for more details.
If you don’t see the commission option when you log in, you may not have the correct permission level. Contact your SAM agency administrator to request that they make you an Agency Commissions Contact. If you don’t know who your SAM agency administrator is, contact us for help.
