All resumes that are received via our job application website are reviewed by our talent management team. If you are selected for a job interview, you will receive an email from an SFM Human Resources team member to participate in a phone interview. If you do not receive an invitation after approximately 30 days, you have not been chosen to move forward in the application process.
You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the receipt of your job application after you apply. You will not receive another email unless you are invited to participate in the interview process.
There are typically two interviews, sometimes three, depending on the level of the position. Interviews are conducted by phone and virtually through Microsoft Teams. In-person interviews are also an option in some situations.
